Wildbelly Fermentation Fest is a gathering to celebrate the magic of microbes.  Through education and hands-on learning we aim to make fermentation approachable and inspire others to connect with the cultures that transform simple ingredients into something extraordinary.

We hope you'll join us in the sweet mountain town of Mancos, Colorado this November to have fun learning with others about the art of fermentation. We have a wonderful lineup of teachers this fall, including Kirsten K. Shockey, a bestselling author of numerous fermentation books, as well as local food artisans from Luv Tempeh in Durango and Pueblo Seed & Food Co. in Cortez, CO.
